Maison Solis does not own, operate, or manage any of the properties listed on this website. Maison Solis acts solely as a marketing and booking intermediary between guests and independent property owners (“Partners”). All properties are owned and operated by their respective Partners, who are solely responsible for the condition, safety, maintenance, legal compliance, and guest experience at each property.

By using this website or submitting an enquiry, you acknowledge and agree that Maison Solis is not a party to any rental agreement between you and a property owner.

2. Enquiries Are Not Confirmed Bookings

Submitting an enquiry through this website does not constitute a confirmed booking or any financial obligation. A booking is only confirmed once availability has been verified, terms have been agreed upon in writing, and payment has been fully processed through our designated payment system.

3. No Guarantee of Accuracy

While Maison Solis makes every effort to ensure that property descriptions, photographs, amenity lists, pricing, and availability displayed on this website are accurate, all listing information is provided by our Partners. Maison Solis does not independently verify every detail and cannot guarantee that all information is complete, accurate, or up to date at all times. In the event of a material discrepancy between a listing and the actual property, Maison Solis will work with the Partner and guest to resolve the matter in good faith.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Maison Solis, its founders, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

• The use of this website
• Any booking made through this platform
• The condition, safety, or accuracy of any listed property
• The acts or omissions of any Partner or third-party service provider
• Any injury, death, illness, loss, theft, or damage occurring at or in connection with any listed property
• Any loss of data, revenue, or opportunity

Maison Solis’s total liability in connection with any booking shall not exceed the commission amount retained by Maison Solis for that specific reservation.

5. Pricing and Fees

All pricing displayed is per night and subject to change and availability confirmation until a reservation is confirmed in writing. Maison Solis earns a commission on confirmed bookings, which is reflected in the quoted total rate. Additional charges such as taxes, cleaning fees, security deposits, and service fees may apply and will be disclosed before booking confirmation.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms vary by property and are set by the individual property owner. These terms will be clearly communicated prior to any booking being confirmed. Maison Solis is not responsible for enforcing or guaranteeing any specific cancellation policy beyond what has been agreed upon in writing with the property owner.

7. No Liability for Third-Party Services

Maison Solis may recommend or facilitate access to third-party services such as private chefs, transportation, or concierge services. These services are provided by independent third parties. Maison Solis assumes no responsibility or liability for their quality, safety, availability, or performance.

8. Travel Insurance

Maison Solis strongly recommends that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, and property damage prior to travel. Maison Solis does not provide travel insurance and is not responsible for losses that would have been covered by an insurance policy.

9. Force Majeure

Maison Solis is not liable for any failure to perform our services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, civil unrest, or other events of force majeure.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of Maison Solis unless otherwise credited and may not be reproduced without written permission. Property images and descriptions are used with permission from the respective property owners and may not be reproduced, downloaded, or used for any purpose without written consent from Maison Solis.
